A little sweet, a little sticky, a little addictive..
Nourish & Grow - Caramelised Beetroot Relish evolved through my desire to create a product to complement our natural lamb. A product that was delicious, versatile but not overpowering. Beetroot seemed a logical starting point because it's generally known as the classic ingredient of the Aussie hamburger and we love it with our lamb burgers – and this one doesn't fall out like the slices do.

It's not too sweet or too tangy. It's quite at home on a grazing platter accompanied by our rustic Nourish & Grow Sourdough Bark. It pairs beautifully with cured meats, lamb, beef, chicken, pork, ham, turkey and perfect for the BBQ season – let your mind wander to lightly cooked golden halloumi or chorizo, crispy potato pancakes or savoury scones spread with a little ricotta and a dollop of our Caramelised Beetroot Relish for stress-free gourmet finger food. Extend this to stirring through sour cream as a quick dip. Delicious used as a spread to liven up a sandwich or accompany a ploughman's lunch.. but let its versatility surprise you, just as it did me.


I loved the rich colour and flavour of the relish. The bark complemented the relish perfectly and both products smelt beautiful. I used the relish on the sourdough bark and also enjoyed it on homemade chicken burgers and salad sandwiches.

Our Caramelised Beetroot Relish is handmade using quality natural ingredients. It contains no artificial colours or flavours and is naturally preserved and is gluten free. It's cooked slowly in small batches to retain its vibrant colour, flavour and nutrition. Before each jar is capped a little extra drizzle of beetroot syrup is added, so when opening give a gentle stir to redistribute this throughout.

Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Net weight of product – 275g.

We love its moreish taste and its versatility, and we hope you will too.





It's the family favourite and one that I love making. Over the years they have grown from many small crackers to the rustic strips enjoyed by so many today. The baked pieces resemble the rough textured trunk, of the red box gum trees, that grow on our property Glenace. A true sourdough crispbread, packed with flavour and goodness, that your body will love. Once the dough is rested, it is rolled twice, giving it strength and extra crunch, before being sprinkled with Australian sea salt, spices, dry herbs or citrus zest, complementing the taste experience.

A versatile crispbread that can be enjoyed on its own as a light savoury snack or become the carrier of your gourmet finger food. Try them topped with a good wedge of double cream brie and our Caramelised Beetroot Relish. Or smear on your favourite ricotta and top with sliced avocado, juicy tomatoes and a good crack of pepper – and get ready for your tastebuds to dance. I'll guarantee 2 or 3 won’t be enough! But it doesn't stop there. Plate them up for your next grazing experience. Their rustic charm makes for an interesting conversation piece as no two are alike. Children love them too, so ideal for after school snacks, tucked into lunch boxes or as your moreish companion on road trips.

The Old Man Saltbush Variety is picked fresh from our property, dehydrated to capture the salty herb and earthy flavours, then gently ground ready for use.
