Prices are in Australian Dollars
Payment:
The online shopping cart uses Pay Pal as a transactional gateway.
You do not have to have a Pay Pal account, you can checkout as a guest and also use a Credit Card. See below for alternative payment options should this not be available to you.
Delivery:
Condiments - delivery within the CBD is free. Orders outside Cobar is with Australia Post.
Lamb - when submitting your order it is important to put the address where you want your meat pack delivered as well as a mobile number.
Your meat pack is fresh. Please ensure someone is at the address to take collection. You will be notified of a scheduled delivery date when placing your order.
Purchasing Lamb:
When you order from Nourish and Grow - Natural Lamb, you have the choice of a full or half lamb pack.
Please realise, at the time of ordering, the animal is still grazing in the paddock.
This means you are committing to paying a deposit when placing your order as well as
following through with the final payment once your carcase weight is known.
Your carcase will be butchered into a fresh meat pack as per your order selections.
We are notified of your carcase weight by the Nyngan Abattoir.
We will send a Pay Pal invoice (or an invoice via Email if you are not using Pay Pal),
noting carcase weight, final amount owing and due date of final payment,
to ensure we can deliver your meat pack on the scheduled date.
Payment:
Your deposit payment is made through Pay Pal via the online store (unless you request an alternative)
Your final payment will be invoiced via Pay Pal or Email.

Cancellation & Refund:
We realise situations occur which impact the decisions you've made. We can be flexible with your order up to a point.
If for whatever reason you have to cancel we can provide a full refund, less any charges or alternate delivery date.
Cancellations can only be accepted up to 48 hours before selecting the animals.
If such a situation does happen, please get in touch, as soon as possible, so we can help you.

If for any reason you have a concern we would like the opportunity to discuss this privately with you.
We have had very positive feedback from our customers but realise at times problems can occur.

However, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of any of those websites.

At times we may ask questions relating specifically to one of our business activities eg. age range, occupation, interests, activities.
